Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.
By purchasing one or more services from makemywebhost.com, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. It is essential that you read all policy pages prior to purchasing any service.
7-Day Money-Back
Web hosting plans are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee if we are unable to resolve a technical issue.
Non-Refundable
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, VPS/Dedicated servers, and custom development services are non-refundable.
7–15 Business Days
Approved refund requests are processed within 7 to 15 business days after submission through the client area.
Payment Responsibility
It is your responsibility to make payments on time to avoid service suspension or termination. Every service will be suspended on the 5th day from the due date and terminated on the 8th day from the due date.
In case your service is terminated due to a payment issue, makemywebhost.com is not responsible for any files or contents inside your hosting plan.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable on the following services:
- Domain registration, transfer, or renewal
- VPS & Dedicated Servers
- SSL Certificates
- CodeGuard & SiteLock
- Dedicated IP addresses
- WHMCS License & Blesta License
- Weebly Site Builder
- Custom development services
- Other add-ons and third-party services
Modifications done in pricing patterns or policies by software license companies will take effect immediately on makemywebhost.com clients.
Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Issued
- Services suspended or terminated for cause (policy violations, abuse, illegal activities)
- Excessive resource usage or violations of our Terms of Service
- Taxes, setup fees, refund processing fees, postal charges, or payment processing charges
- Accounts involved in violation of our Terms of Service
Free Domain with Hosting
If the web hosting service includes a free domain name and you cancel the hosting service, the domain charges (standard rate as per website) will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the refund amount is less than the domain name price, you will have to pay the difference or forfeit the domain. The ownership of the domain will remain with makemywebhost.com if you fail to pay the difference amount.
Account Migration Charges
We offer free account migration. However, if we have worked on your account migration and you cancel the service within the first 7 days, a migration charge of ₹1,500 will apply.
UPI / NEFT / IMPS Payments
Payments made through UPI, NEFT, or IMPS directly to our bank are non-refundable. Any applicable refund will be added as credit to the hosting account.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee on web hosting plans if you have a technical issue with our server that we are unable to resolve.
Refund requests placed after 7 days will not be processed and you will not be eligible for any refund.
Dedicated/VPS refunds are not available. Domain refunds are not available.
Refund Request Process
- Submit your cancellation request through the client area.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.
Unpaid Invoices
Unpaid invoices may result in the suspension or termination of your web hosting account. Your suspended account will only be restored after clearing the outstanding invoice, after which you will be able to access your data.
We will not activate new orders or new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account.
Data After Termination
Important: It is advised to maintain a backup copy of your hosting account to avoid losing your data due to termination. All your files will be deleted from the server once your hosting account is terminated, and makemywebhost.com shall not be liable for the same.
